Natasha is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, and Rehabilitation Psychology. She provides assessment and treatment services to adults and couples presenting with a range of psychological concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma and posttraumatic stress, interpersonal difficulties (e.g., relationship distress, attachment injuries, problematic interpersonal patterns), grief and bereavement, adjustment to loss and change, and chronic pain.

Natasha strives to create an atmosphere of safety and respect for all her clients. Her therapeutic orientation is attachment-based and trauma-informed, and integrates emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and interpersonal approaches. She works collaboratively with her clients to set meaningful goals for therapy that are in line with their needs, readiness for change, and best clinical practice. She coordinates care with other treatment providers and third party agencies (e.g., VAC, WSIB), as required.

Natasha obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She completed her residency in a joint position between the Centre for Psychological Services and Research and The Ottawa Hospital. Throughout her clinical training, she worked at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre (Anxiety Disorders Program), The Ottawa Rehabilitation Centre, the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, and The Ottawa Hospital (First Episode Psychosis Program, Eating Disorders Program, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit). She is a professional member of several organizations, including the Canadian Psychological Association, the Ontario Psychological Association, the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She continues her professional development through regular consultation, workshops, conferences, and remaining abreast of the scientific literature. Natasha also works at Ricci& Associates, where she provides assessment and treatment services.
