Troy is a compassionate and collaborative therapist with client-centered approach to helping others that is strength-based and hope-filled. Troy brings with him years of experience in pastoral care, hospital chaplaincy and military chaplaincy and is welcoming to people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Troy works from an integrative approach, using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-focused therapy and, where appropriate, spiritually integrated therapy. Troy enjoys working collaboratively and receiving feedback in order to develop treatment plans that are both effective and good fit for his clients. Troy works with clients with a variety of concerns, including relationship distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues etc.

Troy has a Master of Divinity degree from Queens University a Doctor of Minister degree from Trinity Theological Seminary / University of Liverpool and is a Candidate for the M.A in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. Troy is being supervised by Paul Greenman, PhD., C. Psych.
